What you'll do

You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests: * You will be responsible for supporting the Leadership teams in driving continuous improvement of our Guest experience, enhancing the hotel service proposition and efficiency of processes as well as driving key hotel projects in support of our strategic priorities and business goals. You will greatly contribute to the processes and activities that create and promote the Dorchester Collection culture, values and bring the Company Philosophy "We Care" to life ensuring our employees and guests receive nothing but the best experience.

• You will also analyze and communicate guest data across all metrics, identifying key trends and opportunities for improvement, design and accomplish innovative business process improvements resulting in measurable financial and/or customer loyalty gains across the departments.
• Heading up Innovation team, representing Dorchester Collection Dubai Innovation Committee, communicating relevant feedback and driving internal communication across properties and departments will be a critical part of your responsibilities ensuring success of the launched initiatives.
• It will be crucial for you to coach stakeholders on the fundamentals of project management and be a Brand Champion who proactively aligns business processes and practices to build image and reputation using the available data, metrics, reports and tools like Opera, LQA, Gullup, etc. and anticipates future needs accordingly aligning business offers and services.

• It will be critical for you to also take active part in the development and execution of an internal communication strategy to engage employees behind the hotel's vision, values, service and operational goals.

What you'll bring * You have a talent and strategic agility managing short and long term business goals and ability to anticipate, identify and translate into innovative business solutions.

• Strong understanding of the LQA and Gallup survey tools as well as systems like Opera & Hotsos are your strengths coupled with the strong numerical & financial skills and advanced proficiency level in IT applications in particular Excel and PowerPoint.
• You have ability to analyze complex data, recommend improvement strategies and communicate and train at all levels in the practical application of statistical methods and tools.
• Your strong presentation skills, ability to present financial impact of recommendations made and sell ideas persuasively, influence without direct authority showing a high level of emotional intelligence to adapt to various cultural settings and situations.
• You are skilled in critically analyze situations and provide balanced outcomes while exhibiting entrepreneurial leadership and driving for maximization of returns to all stakeholders.
• As a detail orientated and hands on Team Player with strong interpersonal skills, you will thrive on mentoring team members to achieve better results and celebrate success within the team.
• English is the primary language used in our hotel. You can comfortably communicate in this language.
• You have relevant professional qualifications or hotel diploma and bring of past experience working in similar capacity for luxury hotels at least 2-3 years.
