Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and reliable

Service Maintenance Technician

to handle the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of kitchen equipment across Popeyes outlets in the UAE. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with commercial kitchen machinery and possess their own vehicle for site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on all kitchen equipment, including fryers, ovens, grills, refrigeration units, and other appliances. Diagnose faults and carry out troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime. Coordinate with store management and the operations team to schedule maintenance visits and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Maintain accurate service logs, maintenance records, and spare parts inventory. Ensure all equipment is functioning safely and complies with company and food safety standards. Liaise with suppliers or vendors for spare parts procurement when necessary. Provide on-site technical support during new store setups and equipment installations.

Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a maintenance technician. Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and basic electrical/mechanical troubleshooting. Must

own a personal vehicle

and possess a valid UAE driving license. Ability to work independently and handle multiple maintenance requests efficiently. Good communication and reporting skills. Flexibility to travel across different outlets within the UAE.
