Position Overview
Accor Dubai is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join its engineering team and ensure that all hotel equipment, facilities, and systems operate efficiently and safely. This role requires a hands-on professional with a strong background in mechanical or electrical maintenance who can deliver high service standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily maintenance tasks and ensure completion to the highest standards.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational concerns.
• Monitor and manage workshop inventory, tools, and spare parts; place orders as required.
• Follow assigned task schedules and ensure timely execution of duties.
• Support the department in maintaining guest satisfaction through quick and effective repairs.
• Ensure full compliance with hotel emergency procedures and safety regulations.
• Remain familiar with company standards, operational manuals, and maintenance policies.
• Participate in new hotel opening projects or assigned task force operations when needed.
• Carry out any other reasonable tasks assigned by the supervisor or management.

Ideal Profile

• Diploma or certificate in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within hospitality or facility management.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and handle multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of hotel maintenance standards and safety practices.
