Job Description
Position Title:
Maintenance Supervisor /MEP Supervisor
Education Qualification- Graduate/ Diploma
:
Oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC), and other building systems. Good knowledge of MEP, Air-conditioning required. Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
Develops the schedules and work of maintenance staff
Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects Supervise Maintenance Staff NEBOSH certification requiredJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
* Ajman: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
