About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced MEP & HVAC Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team in maintaining and repairing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. The role involves planning preventive maintenance, supervising technicians, ensuring safety compliance, and coordinating with contractors to ensure smooth facility operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide maintenance technicians in MEP and HVAC works.

Oversee inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, ducting, electrical panels, plumbing, firefighting).

Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules.

Monitor system performance and implement energy-efficient solutions.

Ensure all work complies with safety standards and regulations.

Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for specialized services.

Prepare maintenance reports and update management on progress.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related field).

5+ years of MEP & HVAC maintenance experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferred.
