MEP Supervisor
to oversee maintenance operations and lead our technical team across multiple properties.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance and repairs.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues in duct AC units, electrical systems, and plumbing fixtures.
Assign daily tasks to technicians and ensure quality and timely completion.
Conduct preventive maintenance scheduling and implementation.
Attend emergency breakdowns and provide quick resolutions.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and internal procedures.
Prepare daily maintenance reports and communicate with the operations team.
Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for seamless property readiness.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in building maintenance or MEP supervision.
Strong expertise in HVAC (especially duct AC), electrical and plumbing systems.
Must have a valid UAE driving license.
Ability to manage a team and multitask across properties.
Good reporting and communication skills.
Diploma or certification in Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing preferred.
Flexible to work on-call, evenings, or weekends when required.
