to oversee and coordinate maintenance activities related to
Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
in our facilities/projects. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience and preferably hold a valid UAE manual driving license.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily MEP maintenance activities (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
Assign tasks to technicians and ensure timely completion.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance checks.
Identify and troubleshoot MEP issues and ensure proper resolution.
Coordinate with contractors and vendors for specialized services.
Maintain records of maintenance activities, materials used, and work schedules.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Support the team in hands-on maintenance when required.
Drive to different sites for supervision and support (if required).
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering field.
1 to 3 years of MEP maintenance experience in residential, commercial, or industrial settings.
Good knowledge of HVAC, electrical panels, plumbing systems, and basic troubleshooting.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to read technical drawings and manuals.
UAE manual driving license (preferred for site mobility).
