Job Description

• Job responsibilities:

Managing the Team's employees, directing them and giving them the necessary training in coordination with the Human Resources Department
Cooperation with the Facility management director in developing and achieving the annual plan
Scheduling contractors and technicians as required.
Establishing all maintenance building rules and policies in coordination with the Quality Controller
Prepare all Building AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for all buildings.
Prepare all Buildings PPM (Plan Preventive Maintenance as per DM (Dubai Municipality) Standard Manage the DEWA consumption of all buildings
Maintaining a safe environment with proper lighting, signage, and disability access
Drafting and updating emergency plans and evacuation procedures and assisting with emergency response and evacuations.
Prepare the units before move-in and renovate after move-out and ensuring that occupants are provided with proper utilities.
Do a final inspection of the units before tenants move-out, in coordination with the Area Supervisor.
Scheduling regular building maintenance and janitorial services, and resolving maintenance complaints, problems.
Inspecting the building frequently for signs of damage or wear, and arranging for building improvements.
Hiring professionals for repairs if needed.
Monitoring building maintenance budgets. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED7,000.00 per month Application Question(s):

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Maintenance Manager: 4 years (Required)
• Real Estate: 3 years (Required)
• Building Maitenence: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:
