Job Purpose:
Responsible for all Mechanical /Electrical / Facility Maintenance related Technical activities.
Job Responsibilities:
Job Responsibilities:
– Resolving machine issue to achieve high standard of run-ability above 85% efficiencies.
– Maintain maintenance schedule as per the planned budget.
– Reduce downtime and maintenance cost.
– Proper allocation of Technicians.
– Maintaining high standard of housekeeping.
– Providing safe working environment to the crew and other people working on the floor.
– Training and orientation of technicians & operator and other machine staff on machine.
– Maintaining machine performance records including machine logbook and downtime record.
– Maintains machine maintenance history book and machine wise maintenance cost record.
– Support production team in maintaining the records for maintenance and downtime.
– Regular & scheduled maintenance of machines to keep the machine in good condition.
– Spare parts ordering to avoid any machine down time due to spare parts shortage.
– Making maintenance job list for machines maintenance and communicate all machine issue to the
maintenance team to help improve machine performance.
– Coordinate with other team members and departments to avoid production loss.
– Attend any related job assigned by the management.

– Experience in working as Maintenance Manager in Tobacco Industry – secondary lines is a must.
– Minimum 10 years’ experience in Cigarette industry and 5 years as Maintenance Manager.
– Mechanical or electrical engineering background.
– Good knowledge of secondary, FRD , utilities machinery knowledge.
– Knowledge of TPM, IWS or any other maintenance tools applied at work.
– Proven project management, analytical and strong planning skills.
– Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
– Able to work with Technical documentation and AutoCAD.
– Qualified with Technical Diploma or higher.
– Good in MS Office package, and experience in any ERP.
– Experienced in GD, Protos, Focke, KDF Secondary production lines.
– Experienced in Facility Management.
– Age Band – 35 to 55.
– Language & personality – Good English & strong Personality.
