The Role
Position Title: Maintenance Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: up to 18K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus car allowance Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: A well established group of companies with expertise in diversified business units such as technology, healthcare, real estate, tourism, food & beverage and hospitality : . Supervise and lead all maintenance processes and operations of the restaurant branches . Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance . Ensure that all restaurant machineries are at their working standards . Conduct regular inspections to restaurants and other facilities to detect and resolve problems . Plan and manage all repair and installation activities
Requirements
Qualifications: . Open to Asian Nationals . Male, 40 years old and below . Minimum 5 years' experience in the similar role preferably from the F&B industry . Must have a valid UAE driving license . Candidate who can join immediately will be prioritized
