Role Overview
The Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving sales of premium residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi's most sought-after locations. The role involves working with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients to facilitate property transactions, provide tailored investment advice, and cultivate long-term relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate deep market knowledge, strong sales capabilities, and a proactive mindset to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, while reinforcing PSI's reputation for excellence in the luxury real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Management
Lead the sale of luxury residential and commercial properties in prime Abu Dhabi locations.
Arrange and conduct property viewings, lead high-level negotiations, and successfully close transactions with HNWIs, investors, and corporate clients.
Provide personalized investment strategies aligned with clients' financial goals and lifestyle preferences.
Actively manage leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and convert opportunities into successful sales.
Market Expertise & Analysis
Stay informed on both local and global luxury real estate trends to offer well-informed, authoritative advice.
Prepare accurate property listings and comprehensive market analysis reports to guide client decisions.
Conduct competitive market research to position PSI's offerings strategically within the luxury segment.
Relationship Building & Collaboration
Develop and maintain strong networks with HNWIs, investors, and industry influencers in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Contribute to team success by achieving and surpassing both personal and collective sales targets.
Required Qualifications
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of proven success in luxury real estate sales within the UAE.
Network:
Established relationships with HNWIs and investors in Abu Dhabi or Dubai are highly advantageous.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
Skills:
Exceptional sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities; fluency in English required, Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
Other Requirements:
Valid UAE driver's license and personal vehicle.
