Luxury Real Estate Consultant - Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI)

Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) is looking for a driven and dynamic Luxury Real Estate Consultant to join our expanding team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will excel in the premium property market, delivering exceptional client experiences and securing high-value deals in the luxury real estate sector. This role requires a proactive, client-centric professional with a passion for high-end properties and a proven history of closing significant transactions.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Client Management

Identify, market, and finalize sales of luxury residential and commercial properties throughout Abu Dhabi. Conduct property showings, manage complex negotiations, and close deals with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients. Offer customized investment advice and strategic solutions tailored to clients' specific needs. Actively manage leads, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into successful deals.
Market Expertise and Analysis

Keep abreast of local and global luxury real estate trends to provide expert guidance to clients. Create accurate property listings and detailed market analysis reports to aid client decision-making. Perform competitive market research to strategically position PSI's offerings.
Relationship Building and Collaboration

Develop and nurture strong relationships with HNWIs, investors, and key stakeholders in the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets. Work closely with marketing and property management teams to provide seamless, high-quality client services. Contribute to team goals by meeting and surpassing individual and group sales targets.
Required Qualifications

Experience

: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in luxury real estate sales within the UAE market.

Network

: A well-established network of HNWIs and investors in Abu Dhabi or Dubai is highly desirable.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills

: Exceptional sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a strong advantage.

Requirements

: Valid UAE Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle are essential.
