Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) is seeking an ambitious and client-focused Luxury Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will excel in the premium real estate market, delivering unparalleled client experiences and achieving high-value transactions in the luxury property sector. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with a passion for high-end real estate and a proven track record of closing substantial deals.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Client Management

Identify, market, and complete sales of luxury residential and commercial properties throughout Abu Dhabi. Organize property viewings, conduct sophisticated negotiations, and secure deals with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients. Deliver customized investment guidance and strategic solutions tailored to clients' specific goals. Actively manage leads, ensure consistent follow-up, and transform opportunities into successful deals.
Market Expertise and Analysis

Stay updated on local and global luxury real estate trends to provide authoritative advice to clients. Create accurate property listings and comprehensive market analysis reports to facilitate informed client decisions. Perform competitive market research to strategically position PSI's offerings in the luxury market.
Relationship Building and Collaboration

Foster and maintain robust relationships with HNWIs, investors, and key stakeholders in the Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets. Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to ensure seamless, high-quality client services. Support team goals by meeting and surpassing individual and collective sales objectives.
Required Qualifications

Experience

: Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated success in luxury real estate sales within the UAE market.

Network

: A well-developed network of HNWIs and investors in Abu Dhabi or Dubai is strongly preferred.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills

: Exceptional sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is a valuable asset.

Requirements

: Valid UAE Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle are essential.
