Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) is seeking an ambitious and client-focused Luxury Real Estate Consultant to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will excel in the premium real estate market, delivering unparalleled client experiences and achieving high-value transactions in the luxury property sector. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented professional with a passion for high-end real estate and a proven track record of closing substantial deals.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Client Management
Drive sales of luxury residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi.
Arrange property viewings, lead high-level negotiations, and close deals with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients.
Provide tailored investment advice and strategic solutions aligned with clients' objectives.
Proactively manage leads, follow up consistently, and convert opportunities into successful transactions.
Market Expertise and Analysis
Stay informed on local and global luxury real estate trends to offer expert guidance.
Develop accurate property listings and detailed market analysis reports to support client decision-making.
Conduct competitive market research to position PSI's luxury offerings effectively.
Relationship Building and Collaboration
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, investors, and key stakeholders in Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate markets.
Work closely with marketing and property management teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Contribute to team success by achieving and exceeding individual and group sales targets.
Required Qualifications
Experience
: At least 2 years of proven success in luxury real estate sales in the UAE.
Network
: Established connections with HNWIs and investors in Abu Dhabi or Dubai highly preferred.
Education
: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field preferred but not required.
Skills
:
Outstanding sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.
Requirements
: Valid UAE Driver's License and personal vehicle required.
