Role Overview

The Luxury Real Estate Sales Consultant is responsible for driving sales of high-end residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi. This role involves engaging with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients to facilitate property transactions, provide strategic investment advice, and build lasting relationships. The ideal candidate will combine market expertise, exceptional sales skills, and a proactive approach to achieve and exceed sales targets while enhancing PSI's reputation for excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Client Management

Promote and sell luxury residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi's prime locations. Organize property viewings, conduct high-stakes negotiations, and close transactions with HNWIs, investors, and corporate clients. Deliver customized investment strategies and solutions tailored to clients' financial and personal goals. Actively manage leads, ensure consistent follow-ups, and convert prospects into successful deals.
Market Expertise and Analysis

Stay updated on luxury real estate trends in local and global markets to provide informed guidance. Create precise property listings and comprehensive market analysis reports to aid client decision-making. Perform competitive market research to strategically position PSI's luxury properties in the market.
Relationship Building and Collaboration

Develop and nurture strong relationships with HNWIs, investors, and key stakeholders in the Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate ecosystems. Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to ensure exceptional client experiences. Contribute to team objectives by meeting and surpassing individual and collective sales goals.
Required Qualifications

Experience

: Minimum of 2 years of proven success in luxury real estate sales within the UAE.

Network

: Established connections with HNWIs and investors in Abu Dhabi or Dubai are highly desirable.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Skills

: Exceptional sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.

Requirements

: Valid UAE Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle are mandatory.
