Property Shop Investment LLC (PSI) is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented

Luxury Real Estate Consultant

to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will thrive in the high-end property market, delivering unparalleled client experiences and driving successful, high-value transactions in the premium real estate sector. This role demands a proactive, client-focused professional with a passion for luxury properties and a track record of closing significant deals.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales and Client Management

Identify, promote, and secure sales of luxury residential and commercial properties across Abu Dhabi. Conduct property viewings, lead complex negotiations, and close deals with high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), investors, and corporate clients. Provide tailored investment advice and strategic solutions to meet clients' unique needs. Proactively manage leads, follow up diligently, and convert opportunities into successful transactions.
Market Expertise and Analysis

Stay informed on local and international luxury real estate trends to provide expert insights to clients. Develop accurate property listings and comprehensive market analysis reports to support client decision-making. Conduct competitive market research to position PSI's offerings effectively.
Relationship Building and Collaboration

Build and maintain strong relationships with HNWIs, investors, and key stakeholders in the Abu Dhabi and Dubai markets. Collaborate with marketing and property management teams to deliver seamless, high-quality client services. Contribute to team efforts by meeting and exceeding individual and collective sales targets.
Required Qualifications

Experience

: At least 2 years of demonstrated success in luxury real estate sales within the UAE market.

Network

: An established network of HNWIs and investors in Abu Dhabi or Dubai is strongly preferred.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Skills

: Outstanding sales, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a significant advantage.

Requirements

: Valid UAE Driver's License and access to a personal vehicle are essential.
