Role Overview
As a
Luxury Property Sales Advisor
, you will represent some of Abu Dhabi's most exclusive developments and high?end properties. You will provide expert guidance, deliver exceptional client experiences, and build long?term relationships with high?net?worth individuals and investors seeking premium real estate.
Key Responsibilities
Advise clients on luxury property options, market trends, and investment opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high?net?worth clients and international investors.
Conduct property viewings, presentations, negotiations, and close high?value transactions.
Stay updated on Abu Dhabi's luxury real estate market, new launches, and regulatory changes.
Manage a portfolio of premium listings and ensure maximum exposure through marketing channels.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless, high?quality client service.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in luxury real estate sales or high?end client services.
Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi's property market.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship?building skills.
Professional, polished, and client?focused approach.
Fluency in English required; Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or other languages are an advantage.
UAE driving license preferred.
