Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a highly motivated and polished Luxury Property Sales Advisor to join our elite team in Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities

Promote and sell luxury residential and commercial properties in prime Abu Dhabi locations Provide expert guidance to clients on property selection, investment potential, and market trends Conduct private viewings and consultations, ensuring a personalized and confidential experience Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, developers, and global investors Negotiate and close high-value deals while ensuring compliance with legal and financial regulations Stay informed about luxury market developments, architectural innovations, and exclusive listings Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop premium property presentations and targeted campaigns
Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or consultancy Proven track record of closing multimillion-dirham property transactions Strong knowledge of the luxury property market in Abu Dhabi and the UAE Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and commitment to discretion and confidentiality Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
