As a Luxury Property Sales Advisor, you will represent some of the most prestigious residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi. This role is designed for a polished, client-focused professional with a deep understanding of the luxury market and a passion for delivering exceptional service to high-net-worth individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the sale and acquisition of premium properties, including waterfront villas, penthouses, and branded residences
Provide tailored consultations to discerning clients, offering insights on market trends, lifestyle value, and investment potential
Conduct private viewings, property tours, and exclusive presentations
Build and maintain long-term relationships with UHNW clients, developers, and international investors
Collaborate with marketing teams to position listings effectively across digital and print platforms
Stay informed on luxury market movements, architectural trends, and regulatory updates
Qualifications
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or advisory
Proven track record of closing high-value transactions
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, or French is highly desirable
Professional appearance and discretion in handling confidential client matters
UAE driving license preferred
RERA or equivalent certification is an advantage
