Luxury Property Sales Advisor
to join our elite team in Abu Dhabi's thriving metropolitan market. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury real estate landscape, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in high-end property sales. You will be responsible for representing prestigious properties, cultivating relationships with affluent clients, and delivering a world-class buying experience.
Key Responsibilities
Represent and sell luxury residential and commercial properties in Abu Dhabi's prime locations
Build and maintain a portfolio of high-net-worth clients, investors, and international buyers
Conduct property viewings, presentations, and negotiations with professionalism and discretion
Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities
Collaborate with marketing and listing teams to promote properties through high-end channels
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and private showings to expand client base
Ensure seamless end-to-end transaction management, from inquiry to closing
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and market insights
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in luxury real estate sales or high-end client services
Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi's property market and luxury lifestyle trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Fluent in English; Arabic or other languages is a plus
Professional appearance and demeanor with a client-first mindset
Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
UAE driving license and own vehicle preferred
