Job Overview:
The Logistics & Trade Comp Administrator has established Logistics & Trade Compliance skills to perform a range of day-to-day activities. They can recognize and solve typical Supply Chain problems with limited supervisory approval. They are tasked with evaluating and selecting solutions from established options. Their work directly impacts their team through the quality of the services or information provided.
Responsibilities:
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage recurring logistics and trade compliance reports
  • Provide support to the logistics management
  • Develop commercial bid evaluations or data entry into the company's ERP system
  • Maintain pertinent files, including filing, scanning, and organizing documents
  • Organize and maintain files in the company's file repository (iDocs)
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications and Education:
  • High school Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Logistics or transportation experience preferred
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and ability to learn new topics and technology quickly
  • Well-organized and detail-oriented
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
