- Managing of the third-party vendors in the region including outsourced warehouse operation and freight forwarders.
- Tender Process Management with 3PL\'s and execution of the contract though KPI monitoring.
- Driving Cost Saving Projects
- Reviewing and approving invoices from the vendors
- Return Units Management
- Scrapping and Depreciation Management
- Supporting the annual Logistic Budget creation
- Executing the Annual Inventory Stock Counting
- Supporting Logistics Execution, Planning team and customer to secure booking as demanded
- Handling the daily spot rates
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong Negotiation and Leadership Skills
- Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving skills
- Well versed in Microsoft Excel, Power B.I. is a plus
- Excellent written and spoken English
- GCC customs regulations knowledge
- Continuous Improvement Mindset
- Change Management skills
- SAP Knowledge
- Postgraduate level, Project Management skills. Lifelong learner and some level of French will be considered as an advantage
