Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized
Logistics & Operations Coordinator
to manage daily operations, shipments, and documentation related to import/export and local logistics. The role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of UAE customs and trade procedures.Location:
Business Bay, DubaiSalary Range:
AED 5,000 - 6,000 (All-inclusive)Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate import/export documentation and customs clearance procedures. Manage end-to-end logistics operations, including freight, warehousing, and delivery. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clients to ensure timely shipment and delivery. Track shipments and handle logistics-related issues proactively. Maintain accurate records of shipments, invoices, and related documents. Support management with operational reports and process improvements. Ensure compliance with UAE logistics and trade regulations.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
2-5 years of relevant UAE experience
in logistics or operations coordination. Good knowledge of international shipping terms and documentation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/logistics software. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Job Type: Full-time
