Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily housekeeping operations for guest rooms, apartments, and public areas
• Lead, coach, and support housekeeping attendants to maintain brand cleanliness standards
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure quality, hygiene, and presentation requirements are met
• Allocate daily work assignments and manage staff productivity and attendance
• Coordinate with Front Office and Engineering teams to ensure timely room readiness and maintenance follow-up
• Handle guest requests and concerns professionally, ensuring prompt resolution
• Ensure proper use, storage, and control of housekeeping supplies and linen
• Maintain accurate records, checklists, and reports related to housekeeping operations
• Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Support training of new team members and promote a positive team environment

Ideal Profile

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or similar role in a hotel or serviced apartment environment
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and guest service
• Good leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage teams and prioritize tasks in a busy operation
• Attention to detail with a strong focus on cleanliness and presentation
• Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and public holidays
