What You'll Do

• Assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily kitchen operations, including task delegation and performance monitoring
• Lead and support the team in preparing authentic Arabic dishes while maintaining consistent quality and presentation
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards in all kitchen operations
• Contribute to the planning and execution of special events, banquets, and culinary promotions
• Maintain recipe documentation and assist in costing dishes within the Food & Beverage operations
• Collaborate with the Head Chef in developing innovative menu items and seasonal offerings
• Coach and mentor junior kitchen staff to enhance skills and maintain team efficiency

Ideal Profile

• Culinary degree or professional certificate in culinary arts
• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience specializing in Arabic cuisine
• Strong knowledge of international cooking techniques and menu development
• Good communication skills with proficiency in English
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with attention to detail and teamwork
