About the Client:
A well-established food production company based in Ajman
:
? Implement and follow up customers' needs and inquiries with the other departments.
? Manage Logistics/ Customer services budget by develop cost-effective plans
? Follow up customers feedback regarding the company services & product in order to avoid any problems
? Ensure that all orders are delivered to customers on time and in good conditions
? Develop & Implement Policies & procedure for Customers services & Logistics department
? Solve any problems related to customers complaints and queries
? Track and develop the company services that provided to customers
? Make sure all logistic vehicles are safe and efficient during the work proper and according to requirement
