Arrange lifting plan for all lifting work
Handling of site Plant and Equipment operations.
Manage material loading and offloading arrangements
Monitor and maintain safe access and egress points at site
Update of daily, weekly and monthly time sheets.
Prepare and submit logistics reports to the project manager
Handling of daily plant and equipment checklists.
Manage safe storage of material
Train and mentor staff on best practices for warehousing and safety protocols.
Organize and manage inventory, storage and transportation
Ensure logistics operations adhere to legal, safety, and regulatory standards, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of compliance requirements.
Requirements:
Proven track record of successfully managing high-rise building projects.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and equipment.
