Finishing Foreman - High-Rise Building Project (Dubai)

Important Note:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Finishing Foreman to lead and manage the finishing works of high-rise building projects in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for detail and a passion for high-quality interior finishes.

Key Responsibilities:

*Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities including painting, tiling, plastering, joinery, false ceilings, flooring, and fit-out works.

*Ensure finishing works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

*Review drawings and specifications to plan finishing phases and schedules.

*Manage labor teams and subcontractors to achieve optimal performance.

*Identify and rectify issues related to finishes and aesthetics on-site.

*Monitor material quality and inventory; ensure proper use and storage.

*Liaise with consultants and inspectors for approvals and quality checks.

*Ensure adherence to safety and cleanliness standards in all finishing zones.

Requirements:

*At least 5 years of hands-on experience as a Finishing Foreman on high-rise building projects.

*In-depth knowledge of modern finishing techniques and materials.

*Ability to read and interpret interior design plans and specifications.

*Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

*Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

*UAE/GCC experience preferred, especially in Dubai's high-rise sector.
