Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site teams for smooth workflow.
Ensure safety and quality standards are strictly followed on site.
Review and interpret
structural and shop drawings
accurately for proper execution.
Prepare daily progress reports and assist in work planning.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Minimum 7 years of experience as a
Civil Foreman
.
Strong knowledge of
structural and finishing works
.
Ability to
read and interpret structural shop drawings
.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong focus on productivity, quality, and safety.
