Mandatory Requisite :

Proficiency in Arabic Prior work experience working within a Bank loan department Minimum 2 years of experience in home finance operations Solid understanding of UAE banking regulations, including Islamic and conventional finance practices

Role Overview:

Will be responsible for processing and managing post-disbursement activities related to home loans. This includes system updates, document handling, customer requests, loan closures, and coordination with internal departments and external stakeholders. The focus is on ensuring operational accuracy, timely execution, and compliance with bank procedures.

This is a non-decision-making role, emphasizing process execution and support across the home finance lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update payment setups for home finance customers. Process service requests such as loan amendments, deferments, and closures. Prepare and issue official documents, including clearance letters and mortgage release forms. Maintain accurate customer information across core banking systems. Execute loan closure procedures and coordinate document handovers to customers or banks. Track and monitor collateral (e.g., property documents) to ensure proper handling. Liaise with internal departments including Customer Service, IT, Legal, Risk, and Finance. Communicate with external entities such as other banks, insurers, and document archiving services. Adhere to internal policies and escalate discrepancies or issues as needed. Provide operational support in the absence of team members. Participate in testing and validation of new system implementations or upgrades.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma Minimum 2 years of experience in home finance operations Solid understanding of UAE banking regulations, including Islamic and conventional finance practices
