Job Summary:

The Operations Processor is responsible for managing the end-to-end processing of financing applications, ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies and regulatory standards. The role plays a key part in facilitating timely disbursements and efficient post-financing servicing.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and verify financing applications and supporting documents for completeness and compliance. Accurately input and maintain loan data in the loan management system. Liaise with sales, credit analysts, and underwriters to facilitate loan approval. Track and follow up on pending documentation with customers or agents. Maintain proper records for audit and reporting purposes. Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations. Manage credit documentation in line with credit policies. Oversee preparation, review, and custody of legal credit documentation to ensure validity and enforceability. Register and administer collateral and securities held by the bank. Maintain organized and secure credit files with controlled access.

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 3 years in corporate banking operations.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication, writing, and presentation skills. Collaborative, with the ability to engage senior management effectively.

Language:

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
This role requires a disciplined professional with strong operational expertise in financing and corporate banking.
