Mortgage Loan Processor

Key Responsibilities:

Review, verify, and process mortgage loan applications in compliance with UAE banking standards. Work closely with clients, banks, and real estate agents to gather and validate required documents. Ensure timely and accurate submission of mortgage files to lenders. Monitor loan files from application to closing, resolving any discrepancies or missing information. Maintain updated knowledge of UAE mortgage policies, regulations, and lender requirements.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience

in mortgage loan processing within the UAE. Sound knowledge of UAE mortgage guidelines and documentation practices. Strong communication and coordination skills. Detail-focused with excellent organizational abilities. Proficiency in using loan processing software and tools is a plus.
