Job Description

1. Live Stream Pacing Management: Guide atmosphere and flow, using backend tools or code words to prompt hosts to adjust their delivery, pacing, or talent displays;
2. Crisis Management: Swiftly address unexpected incidents during broadcasts (e.g., technical glitches, negative comments, host performance fluctuations) to ensure smooth streaming;
3. Content Planning: Develop daily interactive content and scripts, including engagement scripts and key interaction points;
4. Internal Coordination: Serve as the information hub at the live stream site, maintaining efficient communication with other team members to collaboratively optimize overall broadcast effectiveness;
5. Interactive Game Design: Participate in planning interactive activities aligned with the host's personality and fan preferences (e.g., live duels, prize draws, topic discussions), and oversee on-site execution;
6. Post-Event Review: After each broadcast, compile data reports, analyze interaction effectiveness, and provide data-driven insights for future broadcast planning and optimization.
Requirements:
1. At least 1 year of experience in live streaming production control or related roles; preference given to candidates with backgrounds in entertainment shows, talent-based livestreaming, or highly interactive e-commerce livestreaming;
2. Exceptional communication and empathy skills, with the ability to keenly perceive others' emotions and effectively energize the atmosphere;
3. Capable of interpreting and conducting preliminary analysis of live streaming data to identify issues;
4. Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate efficiently with hosts and other team members;
5. Familiarity with the Brazilian market and proficiency in Portuguese for routine communication;
6. Proficiency in English for daily work communication is preferred
7. Portuguese is a plus
