Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Listing Agent to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the local market, strong communication skills in Arabic and English, and experience using Bayut and property finder for property marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Listing & Client Management:
Source new property listings for sale and rent. Engage with property owners, buyers, and tenants to understand needs and maintain client relationships.
Communication & Coordination:
Communicating with property owners, and schedule viewings, and coordinate with agents.
Administrative Support:
Ensure accurate and updated listings.
Market Insight & Reporting:
Monitor market trends and provide regular performance reports to management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of real estate experience in Abu Dhabi Proven record of successful listings Fluent in Arabic and English Proficient in CRM systems Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven
