We are looking for an energetic and experienced Listing Agent to join our specialized property sales team. Your role will be essential in securing new property listings, accurately evaluating them, negotiating with owners, and promoting them across various channels. Key Responsibilities:

Prospect for new property owners through direct outreach, referrals, and networking Deliver professional listing presentations and discuss pricing strategies and market trends Advise sellers on how to prepare and stage their properties to maximize appeal and value Write compelling property descriptions and market them through portals and social media platforms Coordinate professional photography, videography, and virtual tours Organize open houses or private showings when needed Negotiate on behalf of property owners to secure the best deals Collaborate with operations and legal teams to ensure smooth transaction closures Accurately record all listing details in the CRM system and meet listing and closing targets

Most importantly:

Proven experience in evaluating and comparing properties based on location, specifications, and condition Ability to provide accurate pricing reports that support strategic decision-making

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in property listing or real estate sales In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and area pricing Excellent skills in sales, negotiation, and presentation Familiarity with MLS systems, digital marketing tools, and CRM platforms Ability to work independently and stay organized Must have reliable transportation and willingness to conduct site visits Open to all nationalities Can speak English or Arabic
