Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new listing leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and door-knocking.
Conduct listing presentations and educate sellers on the listing process.
Provide accurate property valuations using market data and comparative analysis.
Coordinate photography, staging, and marketing materials for listed properties.
List properties on MLS and other real estate platforms.
Host open houses and showings to potential buyers.
Negotiate contracts and offers on behalf of sellers.
Ensure all legal documents are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them informed throughout the process.
Stay updated on local market trends and real estate regulations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a real estate agent, preferably in listings.
Strong knowledge of the local property market.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven.
Tech-savvy and familiar with real estate CRM systems and MLS platforms.
