Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Listing Agent to join our dynamic team. The Listing Agent will be responsible for managing and marketing property listings, conducting listing appointments, guiding sellers through the sales process, and ensuring successful transaction closings. The ideal candidate is knowledgeable about the local real estate market, has strong communication and negotiation skills, and is passionate about delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and generate new listing leads through networking, referrals, and marketing efforts. Conduct property evaluations and prepare competitive market analyses (CMA). Advise clients on home staging and property improvements to maximize market appeal. Coordinate photography, videography, virtual tours, and other marketing materials. Create compelling online listings and ensure maximum exposure on real estate portals and social media. Host open houses and showings to attract potential buyers. Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and guide them through contract terms and pricing strategies. Manage the listing-to-close process, including coordinating inspections, appraisals, and document preparation. Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and market feedback. Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and local area developments.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, with a focus on listings. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Familiarity with CRM systems and online listing platforms. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and conduct. Fluency in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
