Listing Agent

with a proven track record in real estate to join.

We are seeking an experienced Listing Agent to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate listing, market knowledge of Abu Dhabi, and a passion for client service. You will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and marketing property listings across Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

Prospect and secure new property listings (residential and/or commercial) Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and landlords Conduct property evaluations, market research, and competitive analysis Prepare and manage listing documents and ensure accurate property data Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings through various channels Maintain regular communication with clients and provide market feedback Keep updated on property market trends and pricing in Abu Dhabi

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a real estate listing agent (UAE experience) required Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market Excellent communication and negotiation skills RERA certification (preferred, but not mandatory) Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
