Attractive Base salary + performance incentives.

Deal-based bonuses:

Standard Deal: AED 500-1,000

Exclusive / Hot Deal: AED 1,500-2,000

Who We're Looking For:

Motivated, detail-oriented professionals passionate about real estate. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple properties and clients effectively. Previous real estate experience is a plus, but full training is provided.
