About the Role

Eastern Sands Real Estate L.L.C is seeking a proactive and motivated

Listing Agent

to join our growing sales team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new property listings, conducting accurate property evaluations, negotiating with owners, and ensuring each property is effectively marketed to attract qualified buyers or tenants.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and contact potential property owners through networking, referrals, and direct outreach Present listing proposals and discuss pricing strategies using up-to-date market data Advise clients on property presentation, staging, and improvements to enhance market value Create compelling property descriptions and market listings across online portals and social media platforms Coordinate professional photography, videography, and virtual tours for each property Organize and host open houses or private viewings as needed Negotiate with property owners and buyers to achieve the best possible outcomes Collaborate with the operations and legal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes Maintain accurate property records in the CRM system and meet monthly listing and closing targets

Core Competencies

Strong ability to assess, evaluate, and compare properties based on location, size, and condition Skilled in preparing accurate market analysis and pricing reports to support client decisions

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years' experience in

real estate listing or property sales

Comprehensive understanding of the

Abu Dhabi real estate market

, including area-specific pricing Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proficiency with

CRM platforms

, MLS systems, and digital marketing tools Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Must have reliable transportation and be willing to conduct site visits Open to all nationalities Fluency in English or Arabic (both preferred)
