:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented

Licensing Coordinator

with proven experience in handling

business licenses across Freezone and Mainland jurisdictions

in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business setup process, including company registration, license renewals, amendments, and government liaison activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate new company formations in

UAE Freezones and Mainland

. Handle license

renewals, cancellations, amendments

, and other regulatory requirements. Liaise with

Freezone authorities, DED, MOHRE, Immigration, and other relevant government bodies

. Ensure timely submission of applications and documents for approvals. Provide clients with guidance on business setup options and licensing requirements. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of

local laws and regulations

relating to business licensing. Track and update license status reports for internal use and client communication. Prepare documentation such as

license applications, tenancy contracts, and trade name approvals

. Coordinate with PROs and legal advisors to ensure compliance and efficient processing.

Requirements:

Minimum

2 years of experience

in UAE Freezone and Mainland licensing processes. Strong knowledge of

Freezones (e.g., DMCC, DAFZA, JAFZA, IFZA, RAKEZ)

and Mainland (e.g., DED, ADDED) procedures. Proficiency in

Arabic (preferred but not mandatory)

. Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office and business documentation tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in

Business Administration, Law, or related fields

. Experience working in

business setup firms or corporate service providers

. Strong network with Freezone authorities and government departments is a plus.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

* UAE Freezone and Mainland licensing processes: 3 years (Preferred)
