Key Responsibilities:Licensing & Coordination:
Coordinate company formation and licensing processes (Freezone & Mainland).
Liaise with government authorities (DED, MOHRE, Immigration, Freezones) for licenses, renewals, visas, and other services.
Prepare and manage required documentation for submissions and approvals.
Ensure compliance with all relevant UAE regulations and timelines.
Sales Support & Client Handling:
Make outbound calls to follow up with leads and potential clients.
Provide accurate information to clients regarding company formation, licensing, and visa processes.
Assist the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed clients.
Schedule meetings and maintain a CRM system for tracking client interactions.
Follow up with clients post-meeting or post-submission to ensure satisfaction and completion of services.
Collaborate with the sales and PRO team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Requirements:
Experience in UAE licensing procedures (Mainland & Freezone).
Confident in handling client calls and communications.
Good understanding of UAE government portals (DED, MOHRE, GDRFA, etc.).
Excellent coordination and time-management skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
Friendly, client-focused, and target-driven.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years experience in licensing, admin, or sales coordination within the UAE.
Knowledge of UAE Freezones and company formation rules.
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
