AppsComm Technologies LLC provides ICT, networking, and ELV solutions across the UAE. We are hiring a Level 1 Engineer with experience in Apple devices and environments to strengthen our support team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line technical support for clients on-site and remotely.
Troubleshoot Apple products (MacBooks, iMacs, iPads, iPhones) including OS setup, backup, email configuration, and security updates.
Support network connectivity issues (Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN) and escalate complex cases.
Perform routine checks on systems, maintain logs, and prepare basic documentation.
Assist with user account management, software installation, and system updates.
Work with senior engineers on escalations and project rollouts.
Requirements
1-2 years' IT support or network support experience.
Hands-on knowledge of Apple operating systems and hardware.
Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP addressing, VLANs, Wi-Fi setup, DHCP).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Relevant certifications (Apple Certified Support Professional, CompTIA A+/N+) are an advantage.
