Job Description

Key Responsibilities



Ensure company-wide compliance with

RERA

,

Dubai Land Department (DLD)

, and

UAE real estate laws and regulations

. Develop, implement, and monitor

internal compliance policies and procedures

. Oversee

Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

and

Counter Terrorist Financing (CTF)

obligations. Register, review, and monitor transactions via the

goAML

platform. Maintain and regularly update all

compliance records and documentation

. Conduct

internal audits

,

risk assessments

, and ensure adherence to the company's code of conduct. Liaise with

regulatory bodies

and respond to all compliance or legal inquiries. Provide

training sessions

and create awareness programs for employees on legal and compliance standards. Monitor

KYC

, client onboarding, and transactional activities in line with UAE AML regulations. Report any

suspicious transactions or activities

as per UAE regulatory guidelines. Review

contracts, tenancy agreements, and legal documents

to ensure compliance with UAE law and company policies. Advise management on

legal risks, obligations, and best practices

in real estate operations.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree

in Law, Business, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience

in a Compliance or Legal role within the UAE Real Estate sector (mandatory). Strong knowledge of

RERA

,

DLD

, and

UAE AML/CTF regulations

. Hands-on experience with

goAML

registration and reporting. Excellent understanding of

compliance documentation and legal reporting

. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ethical decision-making. Excellent

communication

,

drafting

, and

organizational skills

.

Preferred Qualifications



Certification in

AML

,

Compliance

, or

Corporate Governance

. Experience in a

real estate brokerage firm

in Dubai. Knowledge of

UAE corporate law

and

risk management frameworks
