The Real Estate Sales Officer is responsible for generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing property sales in line with the company's goals. This role involves understanding client requirements, showcasing properties, negotiating deals, and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and site visits.
Respond promptly to inquiries from clients and provide detailed information about available properties.
Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential buyers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Assist clients with the legal and financial aspects of purchasing property.
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals efficiently.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Keep up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activity.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications.
Collaborate with marketing and admin teams to ensure smooth transaction processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience in real estate sales or similar customer-facing role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of the local property market and Abu Dhabi real estate .
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
