Maintain and update compliance records and documentation
Conduct regular audits and risk assessments
Ensure agents and staff follow compliance best practices and code of conduct
Liaise with regulatory authorities and respond to compliance-related inquiries
Provide compliance training and awareness programs to staff
Monitor
KYC, client onboarding, and transactional compliance
Report suspicious activities as per UAE regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of compliance experience in Real Estate in UAE is mandatory
Strong understanding of
RERA, DLD, and UAE AML regulations
Hands-on experience with
goAML platform
Excellent knowledge of
compliance reporting & documentation
Strong attention to detail and high ethical standards
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in
AML/Compliance
is an advantage
Experience in a real estate brokerage firm in Dubai
Knowledge of corporate governance and risk management
