Al Mamzar Real Estate is seeking a dynamic and experienced

Leasing Team Leader

to manage and guide a team of real estate agents specializing in property leasing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate, proven leadership skills, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor a team of leasing agents to achieve individual and team targets. Oversee the daily operations of the leasing team, including setting goals and monitoring performance. Conduct regular meetings, training, and performance reviews. Ensure all team members are following company procedures, CRM use, and compliance protocols. Assist team members in closing deals and handling high-profile clients when necessary. Coordinate with the marketing and listing teams to ensure proper promotion of available properties. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes in the UAE real estate market.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a leasing agent or real estate professional in the UAE (at least 3-5 years). Prior leadership or team management experience is highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills. Strong knowledge of the local real estate market and leasing laws. RERA certification is an advantage. Ability to lead by example and drive performance in a high-pressure environment.
