Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and manage a team of leasing agents to achieve leasing targets.
Promote and lease residential and commercial properties across Doha.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Conduct property viewings and guide clients through the leasing process.
Visit clients and business partners regularly to build long-term relationships.
Stay updated on the latest market trends, pricing, and property availability.
Promote the company's services to new and existing clients.
Ensure a smooth and professional leasing experience for all clients.
Requirements:
Proven experience in real estate leasing, preferably in a leadership role.
Valid driving license and personal car (mandatory).
Currently based in Doha, Qatar.
Strong negotiation, sales, and customer service skills.
Ability to lead a team, meet leasing targets, and work independently.
In-depth knowledge of the Doha real estate market is an advantage.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
