We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Leasing Team Leader

to oversee our leasing operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property leasing, leadership skills, and the ability to guide a team to achieve high occupancy rates while maintaining excellent tenant relations. This role requires expertise in both residential and commercial leasing, with a focus on delivering outstanding client service and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, manage, and mentor the leasing team to achieve monthly and annual targets. Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and rental income. Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients. Supervise the preparation, review, and signing of tenancy contracts and renewals. Ensure compliance with Abu Dhabi tenancy laws, RERA guidelines, and company policies. Oversee property viewings, negotiations, and deal closures. Monitor the leasing pipeline, track team performance, and provide regular reporting. Handle escalated tenant issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Stay updated with market trends, rental rates, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate leasing within the UAE. Previous leadership/supervisory experience is required. Strong knowledge of Abu Dhabi tenancy laws and leasing procedures. Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced and competitive environment. Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus). Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
