We're Hiring: Learning & Development Officer (with PMS Experience)
We are looking for a motivated professional to join our team as a Learning & Development Officer. This role will also handle Performance Management System (PMS) responsibilities, setting the plan and structure for both functions.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in both Learning & Development and Performance Management.
Arabic speaking (essential) and English (R,W,S) is a must.Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to design and implement effective learning frameworks and PMS structures.What We Offer:
